The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30
a.m. on Thursday, June 20 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall, 133
Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of
appropriateness requests.
- Andrew’s Restaurant, 410 B Central Avenue - request to install two lanterns and three signs on the front of the building
- Petals, Purses, Etc., 516 A Central Avenue - request to add one additional sign on the front entry door
- Rolando’s Speakeasy, 210 Central Avenue - request to install one business identification sign on the second story facade of this building
- The Funky Monkey Clothier, 113 Central Avenue - request to install new business identification signs on this building
