Wade Naramore, a deputy prosecuting attorney for Garland County, presented an informative program to the Scenic 7 Rotary Club at their February 28th meeting. Naramore explained the current re-organization of the Arkansas district court structure that is being phased-in on a county-by-county basis through 2017. He discussed how the various caseloads are apportioned among the four circuit court judges in Garland County (criminal, civil, domestic relations, probate and juvenile), and he encouraged citizens to use the “do it yourself” Small Claims Court. Naramore, a native of Hot Springs, is a partner with the law firm Garnett & Naramore.

Scenic 7 is the newest Rotary Club in the Garland County. Members meet at Charlie’s Pizza Pub, 5398 Highway 7 North, every Thursday at noon with lunch service starting at 11:30. For information, call Amanda Kennedy, 922-0227.
