The Hot Springs Village Property Owner's Association Board will conduct its second mini-retreat on March 6. This session will follow the regularly scheduled board work session, at 9 a.m. at the Ouachita activities building, Ponce de Leon Center.
Topics for discussion for this POA Board mini-retreat include:
1) Status review of action items for January 9 Mini-Retreat
2) Status update of the 20-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
3) Development of a POA Board Prioritization List. Using the 2010 Strategic Plan as a framework, the Board will review current action items and tasks identified in the strategic plan.
