Hot Springs board work session scheduled
The Hot Springs board of directors will hold a budget work session from 3 to 5 p.m. on Monday, December 5 in the City Hall Board Chambers at 133 Convention Boulevard. Following the work session, some board members will participate in the annual Hot Springs Christmas Parade.
