Garland County Deputy Jeremy Navra was shopping at Bed, Bath & Beyond when he observed a suspect, later identified as Justin Hewitt, take a patio heater from the business without paying for it.
Deputy Navra chased the suspect across the parking lot, identifying himself as a Deputy Sheriff, and was able to detain Hewitt without incident until Hot Springs Police arrived to handle the theft.
