The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 15 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness request and commission business.
· The Springs Hotel, 135 Central Avenue - Request to remove damaged brick on multiple floors and apply new finish. Work to be done on the north and south facades of building
· Central Avenue Historic District - Discuss a proposed amendment to the Central Avenue Historic District Design Review Guidelines regarding covering transom windows with signage
