The City of Hot Springs offices, except public safety and the airport, will be closed on Friday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Sanitation residential waste collection and Earth Angel recycling collection will not run on November 11. These services will run one day behind schedule starting on Saturday (Friday’s collection will be on Saturday, etc.). Commercial, downtown and roll off sanitation services will occur as scheduled. The office will be closed, and all other sanitation services will be suspended.
Hot Springs Intracity Transit buses and ADA paratransit vans will operate on their normal schedules Friday, but the offices will be closed. Paratransit cancellations can still be made by voicemail at 321-6625. The city’s compost facility will be closed.
