Knights of Columbus will be at Village gates collecting for Arkansas charities

On Friday and Saturday, October 7 & 8, the Knights of Columbus will be conducting their annual signature fundraising campaign at Village gates and stores with a goal of raising $9,000. Donors are rewarded with tootsie rolls. It is estimated that 1 in 6 children in the United states and over 10,000 Arkansans have some type of developmental disability. All of the funds will stay in Arkansas and go to First Step School and Abilities Unlimited in Hot Springs as well as to Special Olympics and National Camps for the Blind.
