Class for first time homebuyers

A class for first-time homebuyers will be held by the One-Stop Homeownership Community Development Center from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 15 at 600 West Grand Avenue in Hot Springs. Potential first-time homeowners will learn about closing costs, down payment funding, and how to shop for a home. The registration fee is $20, and class size is limited to 20 students.
