The Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following requests:
Maxwell Blade Theatre of Magic; Plenty Mystic Emporium, 115 C Central Avenue; Ads of the Past, 113 Central Avenue; and Colonial Pancake and Waffle House - Requests to install new business identification signs.
The Springs Hotel, 135 Central Avenue - Request to remove damaged brick in danger of falling and reconstructing with original brick.
Whittington Avenue Survey Project (Whittington Avenue, Sabie Street, Downs Terrace, Quartz Street, Roanoke Street, Jasper Street vicinity) - Public hearing to present the draft report for the Whittington Avenue Survey Project.
