POA board to educate Villagers on changing Declaration

The Village board of directors voted to ask the membership to approve a change to the Hot Springs Village Declaration.

Members of the ad-hoc declarations committee are addressing area clubs, organizations, churches and leagues to make sure that property owners have the information needed to vote 'FOR' this amendment.

Additionally, the committee will host two Town Hall Meetings to present the proposed change and answer any questions that property owners might have.

The first town hall meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, at the Coronado Community Center.

The second is scheduled for Thursday, September 1, at the Ponce de Leon Center.

Proxies will be mailed on September 9.
