Townhouse association elections committee message

"The Hot Springs Village Townhouse Association holds elections each fall for three 3-year positions on the Board of Directors. Positions will run from January 1st, 2012 through December 31st, 2014. Application packets are available in the Hot Springs Village Townhouse Association Office located at 1 Perralena Lane in Valencia Courts, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon. Completed applications, with resume and photograph, are due by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 31st, 2011. Ballots will be mailed to all HSVTHA property owners no later than October 15th, 2011 for their vote. Ballots must be returned to the HSVTHA office by 9:00 AM on November 17th, 2011 when the ballots will be counted. Newly elected board members will be seated at the January 1, 2012 regular board meeting.

Any HSVTHA member in good standing may run for an open position on the board of directors.

A "Member in Good Standing" is defined as a member whose association dues are current, defined as no more than one month past due.

Any owner of a town house in any of the sixteen Hot Springs Village Townhouse Courts automatically becomes a member of the Hot Springs Village Townhouse Association."
