An as-yet unidentified player at Shell Central at 3636 Central Avenue in Hot Springs has won $40,000 in last night’s Mega Millions drawing. The prize can be cashed at any Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center, in Jonesboro, Little Rock, Camden, or Springdale. The $21 Million Mega Millions jackpot was not hit Tuesday and increases to $29 Million for Friday night’s drawing.
