DRAMA
Broadway? On My Way

The little actors get the chance to shine in this exciting workshop for children. Students will develop skills in voice, movement, and characterization with fun acting games that let them use their imagination.

Acting For Adults

Do you ever want to audition for a play, but you can't get the nerve? You just need a little confidence. You can get that with this hands-on and fun workshop. Audition techniques, theatrical stage movements and method acting will all be taught to help you gain the knowledge needed to take the stage.

ART
Make It New Again

In this neat workshop, students will get the chance to make new and fun items out of old clothes. Do you have an old pair of jeans just taking up space in the closet? Sign up for this workshop and bring them to class to make something useful out of them. Some material will be provided but it is suggested that the students bring an old piece of clothing to create their design.

BALLET
Swan Lake and Peter and the Wolf

Students will learn many animal inspired dances in this workshop. From a graceful swan princess to a powerful wolf, students are sure to be captivated by these classic tales. Come join the fun and sign up today. Students must currently be enrolled in ballet classes.

Adult Dance Workshop

September 17 1 to 3 p.m.
Would you like to learn how to make your dance moves look better, how to have better stage presence, or how to feel more comfortable with everyday movement and choreography? Then this workshop is for you! Come learn the essential, basic elements of dance in an encouraging, safe and fun environment. Topics covered will include simple dance technique/stretching/warm-ups, basic theater and dance movement, stage presence and performing, and simple choreography such as the waltz. Dress: dancewear or sweats, dance shoes, thin socks or bare feet. No jeans.

Miss Amber's Dance Workshops: Junior High Dance Team
$40.00, ages 10 through 14
September 17 9 a.m. to 12 noon
This one day workshop will include Dance Team Technique, Pom Dance, Kick Line Dance, and Jaz,z dance all combined together in a fun class.

High School Dance Team
$40.00, ages 14 on up
September 24, 12 to 3 p.m.
This one day workshop will include even more advanced Dance Team Technique Pom Dance, Kick Line Dance, and Jazz Dance.
