The Village POA planning and inspections department in conjunction with the common property and forest committee is seeking volunteers to help man the urban deer hunt check station.
Volunteers will be responsible for issuing tags for the harvested deer and keeping daily records.
There will be five shifts per day for the twenty-two day September and October season which runs from September 17 through October 8. Shifts begin at 7 a.m. and run until 5 p.m. in two hour increments.
The check station will be at the fire training tower on Cortez Road.
