Property owner photo identification cards do not expire as long as you own property in Hot Springs Village. This includes identification cards and gate access cards.
Gate cards and identification cards are however, attached to a single piece of property. If you own more than one lot, and sell the property that the gate and identification cards are attached to, the access cards will no longer work.
Please contact property owner services when you sell a lot to check the status of your cards.
If you are a Property Owner and do not have a computerized gate access card and would like to purchase one, they are $12.50 and are sold at the POA administration building.
Property owner gate access card are automatically renewed from year to year at no charge.
