Village POA offering tips for using new website

Since the Property Owners’ Association website redesign launched in early January, almost 10,000 people have visited the site, according to website analytics. The site, which was designed and built by Exit Marketing in Little Rock and POA staff, was developed to offer a streamlined and informative website with user-friendly navigation,  and to present Hot Springs Village to residents and guests via a professional, branded look.

Several useful tips for navigating the site are highlighted below:

·        Hot Springs Village Directory: Find information about Local Businesses, Restaurants, Churches, Clubs/Organizations and Entertainment/Recreation in one convenient directory. To access the directory, go to Community and click on Hot Springs Village Directory (on the right side of the page and underneath the heading).
·        Subdivision Maps: To access a simple listing of plats by subdivision, go to Governance, POA Operations and Subdivision Maps.
·        Village Blog: Check out the latest upcoming events on the Village Blog, located on right side of the home page.
·        News & Announcements: The latest HSV news is now located in the News & Announcements section on the right side of the home page.
·        Contacts: An online form is available for contacting POA staff members. To access the form, click on the Contacts link at the bottom of the home page and scroll to the bottom of the page.
·        Gate Access: Online gate access is available on the home page. To log in to gate access from the home page, click the blue button “Gate Access” on the top right side of the page. Gate access is also available in the Public Safety section. To access, click on Services at the top of the home page. Then click on Public Safety on the right side menu and then on Gate Access.
·        Tee Time Scheduling: Located in three places: Click on the blue “Schedule a Tee Time” button in the upper right hand corner of the home page, click on the “Schedule a Tee Time” link on the golf page side navigation, and under ‘Resident Golf.’
·        Delete Temporary Internet Files/Cookies: It may be necessary to delete temporary internet files and cookies from your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) to view latest website version.
·        Refresh Page: If you are having difficulty loading a page, try hitting the refresh button usually located at the top of the browser window or right click and hit refresh.
·        Search: To locate information, please use the search tool on the top right side of the home page.
