West St. Louis Street in Hot Springs between First and Third Street and Flag Street from Pond
to West St. Louis Street will be closed to through traffic until Tuesday,
February 12 for sewer main construction.
Signs will be posted, and motorists will need to seek an alternate route
during closure.
