SUBJECT: Proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulations for Abortion Facilities in Arkansas
The Arkansas Department of Health will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 13, at 10:00 a.m. in the Freeway Medical Tower, 5800 W. 10th St., Room 801, Little Rock, Arkansas, to allow interested persons to comment on the proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulations for Abortion Facilities in Arkansas.
Copies of the proposed revisions are available for public inspection and copying at the Arkansas Department of Health, Section of Health Facilities Services, Freeway Medical Tower, 5800 W. 10th St., Ste. 400, Little Rock, Arkansas. The proposed revisions are also available for inspection online through the Department of Health website at www.healthy.arkansas.gov “ Rules and Regs” link and the Secretary of State website at www.sos.arkansas.gov “Administrative Rules” link.
The public may submit written comments regarding the proposed revisions to Connie Melton, Section Chief, Health Facilities Services, Freeway Medical Tower, 5800 W. 10th St., Ste. 400, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72204-1704, or in person at the same address, no later than 11:00 a.m. on September 13.
