A special meeting of the Hot Springs Board of Directors will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, August 8 at Hot Springs City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard to discuss construction, operation, and maintenance of detention facilities, and the cost of housing prisoners financed by a county-wide sales and use tax.
The Board of Directors will also hold a work session at 4 p.m. on the same day at Hot Springs City Hall. The work session will allow staff to present mid-year budget revisions and 2012 forecasts.
