Bob Brandt asks ban on privileges for Smiths' be extended 30 days more

POA board member Bob Brandt has started each of his reports in the POA board meeting with a quote. This time it was a quote hanging in President Harry Truman's oval office, "the buck stops here." Brandt suggested his fellow board members take the quote to heart.
Brandt went on to clarify the history of the encounters between Villager L.B. Smith and the architectural control committee. During the course of discussions between Smith and the ACC, Smith indicated he would remove his illegally build wharf if he was allowed to keep his illegally built boat dock with a variance.
Brandt made a motion to extend the 30 day ban on privileges for the Smiths. The wharf should come down according to ACC recommendations and Brandt's information. The motion will be voted on in the next POA board meeting on July 21.
