The Garland County
sheriff’s department has formally identified the Garland County
Sample
allegedly aimed a gun at police deputy Josh Cannon and was subsequently shot and
died at the scene. Cannon has been placed on administrative leave pending a
standard investigation of a police-involved shooting.
