Floridation not in the future for the Village

POA general manager Scott Randall conferred with attorney Don Schnipper regarding the recently enacted legislation requiring public water systems to fluoridate water. The two agree the new legislation does not apply to the Village. Randal states the reason is due to an exemption regarding how such water treatment plant enhancements are to be funded. Randall is encouraging the POA board of directors to have a policy discussion on the merits of fluoridation.
