Garland County District Court transferred the murder case with defendant Brent Michael Hile to circuit court Friday, July 11, following a review hearing. Hile is accused of the first degree murder of William Scott Murry, age 25.
The murder took place at an Alava Lane home in Hot Springs Village. The attorney for the defendant, Hile, has filed a motion for mental disease staying any further action at this time. No court dates have been set for pre-trial or trail of this matter.
