THA courts

The townhouse association, THA, represents 16 of the townhouse courts in the Village. Not all townhouse courts belong to the association.
There are 928 townhouses in the THA. The courts represented in the THA include Arista, Balboa Cove, Castellon, Coronado, Cortez, DeSoto, Guadalajara, La Caruna, Lanza, Madrid, Magellan, Majorca 2, Majorca 4, Segovia, Valencia and Villa Alegra.
