Today at 3 p.m. is the HSV POA annual meeting at the Ouachita room at the Ponce de Leon Center.
Tonight at 7:30 p.m. is the first of two Cedar Mountain Singers concerts at Woodlands Auditorium.
May 4
9 to noon a demonstration of the daVinci Surgical System by St. Joe’s at the Coronado Center.
6 p.m. HSV Players monthly meeting in the Ouachita room.
7:30 p.m. the final Cedar Mountain Singers concert at the Woodlands Auditorium.
May 5
9 a.m. POA board workshop at the Ouachita room.

7:30 p.m. The Foreigner at the Pocket Theater in Hot Springs.

The Animal Welfare League and the Humane Society of Garland County are co-sponsoring an Adopt-a-thon at Barkansas Pet Supply on Highway 7 beginning at 10 a.m. Dogs and cats of all sizes and ages in need of a forever home will be available for adoption. Visit with volunteers from the shelters who can tell the animals’ stories and enjoy a complimentary hot dog and lemonade. Barkansas Pet Supply is offering a ten-percent discount on all pet supplies, except food, for pets adopted at the Adopt-a-thon. The discount is for the day of the Adopt-a-thon only.

HSV Players’ Marie Welch and Carolyn Bodensteiner are presenting an acting and directing workshop at the Ouachita room from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Registration is only $5 and that includes lunch.
