Garage sale signs in the Village

The Village Property Owners’ Association would like to remind HSV residents to purchase garage/yard/moving sale signs in advance of sales. The permit fee for five signs is $15.

 Garage/Yard/Moving Sale Sign Policy – An ACC permit is required for garage/yard/moving sale signs. The sign must not exceed 119 square inches (8 1/2“x 14”). A maximum of five signs will be furnished, by the POA, per permit/per location. The signs may be erected one day prior to the sale and must be removed after the sale is concluded. Signs must be free standing on a stake or frame. No cardboard boxes, buckets, nailed or stapled to street signs or light poles
