Kevin Conway Duck, accused of murdering Hot Springs Village police dispatcher Dawna Natzke, has been given another continuance. This time his attorney Brian Johnson claimed a continuance is necessary to obtain a warrant for additional discovery and time for an expert to analyze the discovery.
Pre-trial was set for July 25, it is now moved to October 3. Trial in this matter was set for August 16 through 19 and now is re-scheduled for October 18 through 21. This is the smallest continuance Judge John Homer Wright has issued in this trial.
Dawna Natzke's body was found on New Year's Eve in 2011. She went missing during a holicay party days before Christmas.
