This morning at 8:30 the pre-trail hearing in the murder of Dawna Natzke in Garland County Circuit Court should take place. Last week I talked to the prosecuting attorney's office and the Circuit clerk's office. All were ready to move forward in this matter.
There can always be a last minute Motion to Continue, especially from Kevin Duck's attorneys. I will let you know more when I know more.
