Scott Randall resigns and keeps from being fired again

Former Hot Springs Village POA general manager Scott Randall is unemployed again. Members of the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation board of directors accepted his resignation effective immediately, June 9th.

Randall resigned after he was charged with domestic battery and DUI.

Officer Adele Girmendonk of the Los Alamos Police Department responded to a verbal domestic altercation in the driveway of Randall's home on June 5th at 11:38 p.m. According to Girmendonk's police report, Mrs. Randall had some physical wounds and was asked if she wanted medical attention. She did not and a brochure on domestic abuse was given to her.

Officers conducted an intoxilyzer alcohol analyzer breath test on Scott Randall in the Los Alamos Detention Center and according to the report, he blew a 0.08 BRAC on both the first and second times.

The Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation board of directors wasted no time in setting up a meeting on June 9th to decide what to do about Randall. Randall saved the board from firing him by turning in his resignation. Randall worked for Los Alamos for about 14 months.
