Clara Street in Hot Springs, from Illinois to Barrett Street will be closed for manhole
replacement beginning Friday, September 28 through Friday, October 5 including
the weekend. The closing will also include the northbound lane of Illinois
Street at Clara. Bernard Street, between Estelle and Clara Streets will be
closed to through traffic during the same dates.
Signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route
during closures.
