The City of Hot Springs will accept bids until 3 p.m. on Friday, September 14
for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) rehabilitation project on a
residential structure located at 712 Third Street.
A mandatory bid meeting for
interested contractors will be held at the residence at 3 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 11. Bid specifications are available in the Planning &
Development Office at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, weekdays from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m. All contractors must meet EPA requirements for lead based paint safe
work practices and must be licensed and insured. For information, call 321-6845
