Bid meeting moved to Tuesday

The Hot Springs Village Water Plant Expansion Bid Opening Meeting has been moved to Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 2 p.m. at the Ouachita Building, Ponce de Leon Center. The meeting was originally set for Nov. 15.
