Today is the beginning of the Lenten season. Christ of the Hills United Methodist Church has a labyrinth that is set up in the the fellowship hall.
At 4 p.m. today there will be instruction on the labyrinth history and its use for spiritual growth and renewal. You do not have to be a Methodist to walk the labyrinth and meditate.
Following the labyrinth walk at 5:30 p.m. there is an Ash Wednesday service marking the beginning of Lent. The Village Strings will provide music during the service.
