POA hires CFO

Don Yucuis has been hired as the chief financial officer/yreasurer for the Hot Springs Village property owners'association. He will begin work on a part time basis April 7 and join the POA full time July 25.
Yucuis has served as the finance director for the City of Clayton, Missouri since July 2001. During his tenure, the finance department continued its 23 year stint as a certificate of achievement in financial reporting (CAFR) award winner. The department also received the government finance officers budget award in 2008, 2009, and 2010 under Yucuis.
Prior to moving to Clayton, Yucuis was the finance director for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, City of Iowa City, Iowa, and Village of LaGrange, Illinois.
Yucuis holds a bachelor of accounting from Valparaiso University. He's been an active member of the government finance officers association since 1980 and served on the board for the government finance officers association of Greater St. Louis.
