The townhouse board has a working board meeting at 8:30 a.m. today at the townhouse administrative building on Perralena Lane.
At the last meeting new board member Carl Foreman was insistent the board select a parliamentarian because of former board member Robert Jordan's allegation the board was not following townhouse by-laws. The dispute regarding the by-laws concerns the replacement of the Guadalajara bridge in Guadalajara Courts. The bridge is common property owned by all THA members and the replacement costs are high.
The THA meetings are open to all townhouse association members.
