Pryor argues for lower interest rates

Armed with stories from Arkansans, U.S. Senator Mark Pryor took to the Senate floor to urge his colleagues to reach a compromise on the student loan interest rate. Without action, the interest rate on subsidized Stafford Loans will double from 3.4% to 6.8% on July 1st— increasing the cost of college for 68,000 Arkansas students.
