Garland Avenue closed today

Garland Avenue in Hot Springs between School Street and Linwood Avenue will be closed to through traffic all day beginning at 8 a.m. today, Monday, April 2 for gas line replacement. Signs will be posted, and motorists will need to seek an alternate route.
