Hile in district court tomorrow for Murry murder in the Village
Information is now seeping through the gag order in the William Scott Murry murder on May 13 in the Village. Alleged murderer Brent Michael Hile will appear in district court tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. in Garland County.
Originally, Hile was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on May 15 at the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. A gag order was put in place following his arraignment. Hile fell off the radar. Evidently, he was re-arrested on June 26 and has spent the last 10 days at the Garland County Detention Center awaiting his next court date, tomorrow. Where was he between his May 16 arraignment and his re-booking on June 26?
Hile has been charged with murder in the first degree and a bond was set for $100,000. Tomorrow is not an arraignment but it is not clear if this is a pre-trial hearing or a trail. We'll know more tomorrow.
